The mix of Cumin, Coriander, and fennel helps kindle your digestive 'fire' (Agni), improve digestion, nourish the tissues, and keep cravings at bay.
5 cups of water
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon ajwain seeds( optional)
In a small pot, add the water and seeds. Stir.
Bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 5 min. Remove from the heat and strain.
Pour the tea into a mug and enjoy.
