Restaurants styles fish fry | Indian Style Fish Fry | Rohu Fish




Ingredients:

  • Fish (rohu): 400gm (cut in pieces)
  • Chilli powder: 1 Tsp
  • Salt: 2 tsp (level)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp (paste)
  • Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  •  Oil: 3 Tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1 Tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 Tsp
  • Red Food Color: half tsp (optional)
  • Lemon juice: 2 Tsp
  • Curd: 1 Tsp




preparation:
First Step:
  1. Clean the fish properly.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Lemon Juice and  Curd, Rub on the fish. Keep aside. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Second Step:
  1. Add Rava .rice flour, Chili Powder, Salt, and Better milk and mix it well.
  2. Coat the fish with the prepared Paste.

Method:
Heat oil in fry pan on high flame.Fry fish pieces.Fry on both sides till dark golden brown color appears (about 2-4 minutes each side).Garnish with chat masala, onion ring, and lemon.
