This TilGul Ladoos is an impressive dessert that everybody will love, perfect for Kids, a great twist to the INDIAN traditional recipes.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sesame Seed1/2 cup grated & roasted peanuts
1/2 cup grated & toasted coconut
1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
1 cup Gul (jaggery)
Method:
Til Gul Ladoos
In a bowl add crushed peanuts, Sesame Seed, grated & roasted coconut, Poppy Seeds, Gul (jaggery).Add Ghee and mix all the ingredients. Roll the balls to make a Ladoos.
Serve these with love.
Chocolate Til Gul Ladoos
Once the chocolates are melted and smooth, remove from the heat. Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Dip the balls into the dark chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. Set Ladoos on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the Ladoos.Happy Makar Sankranti
