TURMERIC TEA RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS



Turmeric Tea 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Turmeric root
  • coconut oil 1/2 Tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Directions:

Grind turmeric root and black pepper together.
Take a pan and add 1 cup of water, boil it.
Add turmeric+black pepper paste and boil for 1 min.
Now add 1/2 tsp coconut oil.
Add 1 Tsp of honey into the glass(Optional).

Serve with Love and enjoy.
