FRIED FISH - SPICY INDIAN FISH FRY

Indian fish fry recipe is so flavorful and delicious with spices. It is an easy and simple fried fish recipe to make in just 30 minutes.


FRIED FISH - SPICY INDIAN FISH FRY


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 fish pomfret
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper

  

DIRECTIONS:

For Marinade:
In a bowl add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Add lemon juice & water little by little and make a smooth paste.
Apply the marinade evenly on fish. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20- 30 min
IN a separate bowl add semolina(Rava), rice flour, salt,garam masala, chili powder and mix well
Heat oil in a pan and dip the marinated fish one by one in the batter and place in the hot oil carefully. Fry until the bottom side of the fish becomes crispy. flip gently and fry on another side until crispy.
Line a plate with a paper towel. Remove the fried fish from the oil and place on the plate. Garnish with sliced onion and lemon 

Tips: When cooked low to medium heat to achieve the crispiest results.
